Greetings From Small Box! Fall has arrived and when we're not raking and jumping into piles of leaves we're busy staying on top of the latest Internet trends and producing the hottest websites for the coolest organizations. We get lots of satisfaction applying the latest web technologies to sites that help grow businesses, non-profits, and promote artists in Indianapolis and beyond. We're also really excited about all the opportunities we've had to help make Indianapolis an even better city to live in - from our participation in the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and Broad Ripple Village Association to organizing and promoting the Broad Ripple Fall Music Festival for the benefit of numerous local non-profits.

If you ever visited us in Suite 207 at 6332 Guilford Avenue, you would believe that our name best described our space, and not our perspective on the power of technology to help organizations of all sizes. We have since added the much more spacious Suite 208 at the same address to house our new colleagues as we continue to grow.

Jack Shepler Joins the Box Full Time

Jack Shepler of Rock Music Review has come on board full time to provide his design and programming expertise. For a young guy he's got a lot of experience and creativity, and his involvement in the community as an artist and a DJ is a real bonus for our staff. He can design clean and elegant sites in the morning, program sites that are easy to update after lunch, then go out that night and spin hot electronic beats for a roomful of beautiful sweaty people. Then get up the next day and do it all over again.

Supporting Non-profits Through Local Music
Small Box Organizes and Promotes Broad Ripple Fall Music Festival

The Broad Ripple Fall Music Festival was held on October 13 and featured over 100 local musicians in 21 venues from 38^th to 71^st Street. The proceeds from each show were donated to a different non-profit organization designated at each venue. We all were really excited about helping these worthy organizations find new revenue streams including Second Helping, The Hoosier Environmental Council, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and many more. In addition to organizing the event, Small Box promoted the festival using a mix of traditional and new media techniques such as websites, viral tools, streaming media, traditional media outlets, and guerilla marketing, all to help transform Indianapolis into a better place.

This secure password protected extranet allows rippleFX to leverage the power of the web to transcend the boundaries of their physical studios to produce music with any artist or client from around the world that has Internet access. The new design puts the full spectrum of their services on every page, so search engines know what they do best.

Indianapolis web video production company bringing the heat to corporate and web videos

As one might imagine from a web video production company, their web site makes extensive use of embedded video. This site features our customized CMS with embedded video functionality throughout the site. We're also proud of our ability to deliver this site in less than a month on a very tight production schedule. This site was optimized to index well in search engines.

The ASAP Identification website features our customized Content Management System with Testimonial, News and Product Catalog modules. The site was optimized from the ground up to list well in major search engines and promote their complete product and service line to the Indiana market and beyond.
