Joe was born in Indianapolis and graduated from IU Bloomington 1999 with a BA in Computer Science. His early employment included Best Buy and stints as a guitar tech for touring bands before he joined Antique Helper in 2003. Joe left Antique Helper with Jeb in 2006 to start Small Box. He is the company's computer guru with extensive experience with programming, Windows, hardware and networking. He is married to his college sweetheart Julie and they live with their three cats on Indy's northside. His interests include music, mustard, diet coke, video games, new technology and computers.

As CTO, Joe is Small Box's most senior and experienced web developer. Where others say it can't be done, Joe will draw upon his technical expertise to find a workable solution.
