Founded in January 2006 by partners Jeb Banner and Joe Downey. Jeb and Joe previously worked at Antique Helper where Jeb was a founder and co-owner. Small Box's first major account, Nuvo.net, was secured within a month of start-up. The company has since added PJ Christie as Project Manager in order to handle our growing client list.

Jeb Banner Partner and CEO
Born in Chicago, IL and raised in South Bend, Indiana. Jeb graduated with a BA in English from IU Bloomington in 1996 and settled a couple years later in Indianapolis. Jeb co-founded with his college friend Jason Yoder an early eBay consignment company, Stuffe.com, in 1999. He later co-founded the first Indiana based eBay Live auction house, Antique Helper, in 2001 with Dan Ripley. He also founded music archive site Musicalfamilytree.com in early 2004. Jeb left Antique Helper to start Small Box Consulting with partner Joe Downey, who was also working at Antique Helper, in January of 2006. Jeb is the "idea guy" for the business and infuses his forward thinking vision into every project. Jeb and his wife Jenny have three beautiful daughters; Ramona, Georgia and Sylvia. His interests include family, friends, music- playing and recording, gardening, the web, travel, biking, cooking and late night walks.
Joe Downey Partner and CTO
Born in Indianapolis and graduated from IU Bloomington 1999 with a BA in Computer Science. His early employment included Best Buy and stints as a guitar tech for touring bands before joining Antique Helper in 2003. Joe left Antique Helper with Jeb in 2006 to start Small Box. He is the company's computer guru with extensive experience with programming, Windows, hardware and networking. He is married to his college sweetheart Julie and they live with their 3 cats on Indy's northside. His interests include music, mustard, diet coke, video games, new technology and computers.
PJ Christie Project Manager
Born in Indianapolis, PJ studied Telecommunications and Psychology at IU Bloomington. While employed for The City of Chicago, Young and Laramore, Xavier University and other companies PJ has produced websites and Internet campaigns professionally for the purposes of Tourism, Advertising, Marketing, New Media, and Education. He recognized that the Internet provided tremendous opportunities for artists to publish their creative works outside of the mainstream corporate system, and in 1998 established both Admiral Sound and Admiral Productions with the goal of assisting others to bring their unique vision to the World Wide Web. PJ and his wife Andrea have a son Abe and live in Broad Ripple. His interests include family, music, cooking, biking and being funky.
