How's your workflow?

Many small and medium sized business started out with just a few employees who worked in highly collaborative and productive environments.  If one person needs access to the latest product brochure or document template, the manager always had the latest copy on his or her laptop.

As these small businesses become larger they begin dealing with the very real issues of turnover, process, and policy in the workflow.  Any company needing access to the same documents over and over should seriously consider having a password protected area for these documents.
